Sports Department’s first Sports gym in Udaipur with modern facilities and international level cricket ground is ready. Along with players, city residents will also get facilities, will open soon
On the lines of metropolitan cities, now all levels of sports facilities are being prepared for the players in Udaipur also. Under this, a fitness center and Sports gym in Udaipur with modern equipment has been prepared by Rajasthan State Sports Council in Lavkush Indoor Stadium. At the same time, the international cricket ground has also been completed in Maharana Pratap Khelgaon.
The sports department will start the gym and cricket ground this month. District Sports Officer Ajit Kumar Jain said that the government has established gyms at all the divisional headquarters of the state including Udaipur. All modern equipment worth Rs 1 crore is available here for the fitness of the players.

Common people will also be able to take advantage of the gym: Along with players from across the city, the common people will also be able to take advantage of the gym prepared in Lavkush Indoor Stadium. An entry card will be made for every person coming to the gym. Concessional charges will also be kept for maintenance. The building for the gym in Khelgaon has also been completed. It will be started as soon as the equipment arrives.
